Drop-down menus still not working after re-install, no taskbar auto-hide and delete preferences

Has anyone found a solution to the no-dropdown-menu problem that is not a re-install, turn off taskbar auto-hide or delete preferences?

I did all of those things and the problem persists.  Win10 latest updates.  All Adobe apps with latest updates.

This is really infuriating.  I just got back from a week-long gig with a ton of images to organize/edit and I'm stuck trying to get basic UI elements to work.

Sadly, this is a known bug that Adobe is apparently not in a hurry to fix. There are several "solutions," none of which fix anything.

1) Revert to an earlier build of Bridge

2) Use your arrow keys to access the dropdown menu options.

Yeah, it sucks.

Hi rgames5
The dropdown issue is fixed in the latest Bridge release (version 12.0.2)  that is available today.
Do update to the latest available version.

Thanks - the problem does seem to go away by reverting to an older version of Bridge.
