Duplication of photos when downloading

When I download my photos with Bridge, the photos are duplicated see axample below.

I unstalled Bridge and reinstalled again but it does the same. I recently upgraded to Windows 11.

When I download the same photos on my wife's laptop (Windows 10) it only download the photos without any duplication.

How do I solve this problem please.

I have the same problem. Bridge version 12.0.2 doubles the images on import, this does not happen with version 11.1.1. I work with Windows 10.

This is also showing up on Macs as well. All I can say is that Adobe does know about this.
