During my latest updates, Adobe Bridge will not install due to this bug due to so called security features...

Bridge refused to install but I want to ask further questions:

Second, Windows 11 is garbage. 

Third, I have a 10th Generation Intel processor HP Zbook Fury Mobile Workstation and it supports AVX2 under “instruction set extensions”

Finally, Microsoft has extended support for another year for Windows 10.
