When opening AdobeBridge 23 the following message

 I am attaching information regarding my Mac

To add to Lumigraphics question, even if you think you are signed in, you might try logging out and then logging back in to your Adobe account.

 

Also, one extra question: what/which Adobe program are you in? The Photoshop Plan, the Full Plan?
