Error after cc2018 update

Hi all,

I have the Photography pack of CC and after the latest update to cc2108 when I plug the SD card with my pictures on the pc an error message appears that says:

PSADriverWindow: Photodownloader.exe - System Error

The program cannot initiate because MSVCR71.dll is missing, Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. (Spanish translation)

When I close that windows automatically Adobe Bridge opens with the "download pictures from camera" windows (as normally does)

Should I reinstall Adobe Bridge? The whole pack? do something else? I work on Windows7 64bits.
I could not find any related info on the net so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi David,

Could you try the following steps:

1. Install all latest system updates for Win 7.

2. Install latest update for Creative Cloud application, if available.

3. Re-install Bridge CC using Creative Cloud application.

Finally I updated to windows 10 so I don´t know if that would solve the problem.
