Error creating Folders

Creating a folder within a folder inside bridge, with right click - create folder - makes one (physical) folder in the right place, but creates 2-4 visible (phantom) Folders in Bridge. When selecting other content, and going back to the directory where the folder waas created, the additional folder are gone. I have noticed, that one of the new folders has the windows default Name (neuer Ordner in German), whilest the phantom Folders have empty names.
