Error writing metadata

Everytime I try to add a keyword I get a popup error. which I have to click on.  On the second try it always works!  This is very annoying especially when trying to update 100s of images.  The same thing happens is I add a second keyword.  

Any idea how to eliminate these errors?  Or is there a way to batch handle the errors so I don't have to click on 100s of popup errors?  

I'm working on an Mac Book Pro and using Bridge 2021.
