Exporting PSD to PNG stuck and terrible customer support

It's been some days now that I'm facing issue regarding export (Bridge v .
Bridge gets stuck while exporting PSDs to PNGs. It just never ends the export and I need to kill its process via Task Manager.
I don't have any information about why it gets stuck. It doesn't tell me if there's one file in particular that causes the issue.
I contacted the customer support 3 times...I had to explain my situation every single time...and they all came with the same "solutions": Update your gpu drivers; export in a local folder; revert back to an older Brdige version (v13 in my case).
Furthermore, I had 2 times the customer support agent just leaving or closing the converstion without any notice...The other conversations I had made me feel like I was talking to an AI bot...
Of course, after a lot of wasted time and energy, I don't have any working solution and Bridge is still broken...
As I want to follow on this and be able to use the software I'm paying for, I'm writing here hoping it will make a difference.
