False duplicate and wrong filtering

I'm using the 13.0.2 release and I found a strange behavior.

After culling some photo and pre edit in Camera Raw I found a "false duplicate" of some photo.

The duplicate file have same name, but only one of the preview was selectable.

Moreover the 4 star filter shor 6 files but the explorer windows show 10 files

The problem reamain if I try to deactivate/activate the filter. But the problem disapera if I restart the software.
