File anteprima non visualizzati da Bridge

Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento Bridge non visualizza piu le anteprime dei vari file raw, RAF e ARW, Cosa devo fare??? E mai possibile che dopo un aggiornamento perdo il lavoro di anni????

Hi Antonio,

 

After an update, it's often a good idea to refresh the cache for the folders that Bridge is working with. Go to the Tools (menu) and select Cache -> Purge Cache for (folder in question). If that works go back to the Tools (menu), Select Cache, and then select Manage Cache. From there select "Clean Up Cache..." with "Purge all local Cache Files" selected.

 

Let us know if this solves the problem.

Ho provato e non funziona.non vede nemmeno i *.DNG Stranamente visualizza solo i *.NEF... a questo punto pensavo fare una reinstallazione pulita di Adobe Bridge. perdo le parole chiave dei file? Come faccio a salvarli?
