File Info Dialog Resizes Input Boxes Every Time

So annoying. I call up the File Info dialog and load a template. As soon as I load the template, the description input box gets huge, and I have to drag to shrink it down, or scroll. I want it always to be 3-4 liines worth, but it expands every time. Any way to stop this?

    I have the same problem, and have no idea of how to edit the formatting of the file info dialog box.
