File names have disappeared from thumbnails and there is no longer a rename option.

I'm running Br 14.1.0 on windows 11 64 bit. Recently Br stopped displaying file names below thumbnails and right clicking on a thumbnail does not have an option to rename a file. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Br twice without saving preferences but this hasn't helped.  Can anyone suggest a way to fix these two issues?  Br seems to be operating normally except for the above problems.  Thanks.
