Find a specific menu for MenuElement ...

Hi,

I'm looking for an overview of all menu identifieres. I only can find single example for the edit menu, or the help menu or such things.

I want to add an menu item to the submenu of a collection. Where can I find this ID? And for the case of other menu: Where can I find an overview of "all" identifieres?
