Flickering in full screen in 13.0.3

Bridge 13.0.3.693
Windows 10 – latest version
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB - with two monitors

Flickering in full screen.  If I revert to Bridge 13.0.2.636 then the flickering stops.  I have not seen flickering in earlier versions of Bridge.  It began with Bridge 13.0.3

No other applications on the PC see flickering.  It is only Bridge 13.0.3 in full screen.
