Floating windows/dialog boxes won't close Bridge 2022

I saw another contributor complaining about this issue for Bridge 2023, but I am nowe having the same problem in Bridge 2022.  In fact it obscuring this page as I'm attempoting to type this report so excuse any errors in my typing because I can't see it on the screen.  I've attached a screen grab showing it obscuring Task Manager with Bridge underneath that.  My system is Windows 11. I have a six-core i& with 64GB RAM and a GTX1070 with 8GB RAM.  What is going on Adobe?
