Folder deletion if you label it 1.Zoom

I have a folder of images labled Zoom. I decided to rename it 1.Zoom and Adobe Bridge deleted all the photos in the folder and converted it to a Zoom meeting link. - Thanks Adobe, my next 3 hours of work are for you!

Bridge had nothing to do with converting anything. On your computer, apparently the operating system thinks that anything named ".zoom" belongs to Zoom. If you rename a folder "folder.xlsx" you might find it taken over by Excel.

Did you try changing the name back? Do you have backups?
