I cannot open any folders from my computer on Bridge.  This has been happening since i uploaded CC.  Therefore I cannot use Bridge the way I am used to using it.  I would like to talk to someone at Adobe but that doesn't seem to be possible.  Does anyone know how to contact Adobe for phone helpo

    What happens if you click on a folder? Is there an error message?

    Can you please reset Bridge preferences by following the steps as below

    • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

    • Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
