Free use for non-professional users

So in utilizing Adobe Bridge to add all sorts of metadata (tags, keywords, location, etc.) I was wondering if there is a free version of Adobe Bridge for others to just utilize its capabilities to search a database for those photos and video files with the metadata they're searching for? Or is there another recommended search application (that is free for the end user) for those digital files modified in Adobe Bridge?

Bridge is free. You need to create an Adobe account, but you do not need to have a paid plan to install Bridge.

Without a paid plan, some features, like Camera Raw will not work, but the metadata features will.

So, just to be clear, if others in my office, don't have a license to Adobe CC as I do, those who just want to utilize the search capabilities of Adobe Bridge just have to create an account, for free, and then download Bridge for free? Much appreciated, thanks.
