Full screen preview wont load full resolution 13.02.6

When checking burst photos for proper eye focus and i want to skip through full resolution images in full screen preview in Bridge 13.02.6 it will load the first photo in a second or two then i skip to the next photo using the right or left arrow on the keyboard. The next photo will not load full resolution much of the time but sometimes it does. I have a fast computer that cost over $12,000.00 and it bench tests at insane speeds. i can view 12 bit RAW 8k in real time and i cant load a PICTURE?! its been like this for years on multiple computers ive used and im starting to loose it! why cant i preview my darn photos properly!
