Get "An Error Occurred during Shared Cache Export" Error Message running on images in Google Drive

I'm running version 10.0.3.138 and seeing intermittent problems exporting the shared cache.

Sometimes get this error: "An Error Occurred during Shared Cache Export".

Help said this could be due to a full disk, read/write access issues or network errors. Disk is not full and r/w access is ok.  Can't rule out network issues as the image library is on Google Drive.

I've tried doing a cache purge and then exporting again. This works sometimes ...

Other times got the same error again, other times the export was still running the next morning having processed only 70 images in 12 hours.  There are 1323 images total and when the export runs successfully, it takes about 3 hours.

I do NOT have the 'Build 100% previews' option selected.

Any advice on resolving this issue or running Bridge on images in Google Drive?

Thanks!

I managed to successfully re-export. Noticed that the location of the shared cache had somehow changed to c:\users\xxx\...  from where I had it on Google Drive.  But that export hung (ie was still running after 24 hrs!) So I did a purge cache for all users.

Have seen the export 'hang' before but have not needed to purge cache for all users before ...

It would be 'nice' to get more helpful and specific error messages than 'An error occurred"
