"Get Photos From Camera" does not "Delete Original Photos" despite "Your files have been successfully deleted" confirmation

I am running Adobe Bridge 7.0.0.93 on a iMac running 10.12.5.  "Get Photos From Camera"  does not "Delete Original Photos" despite the setting and the "Your files have been successfully deleted" confirmation message. The bug exists for both my iPhone running IOS 10.3.2 and my Nikon camera.  The Nikon Transfer application does not have this bug: photos for both my Nikon camera and iPhone are successfully deleted after transfer.

I would like to report this a a bug, but can no longer find where to do so.

Do other folks have this problem with Bridge? Do other folks know where to report bugs to Adobe?

Thanks.

Hi MLSCHW,

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Bridge and let us know if it helps? Troubleshoot Adobe Bridge for errors and freezes

Sahil

Thank you for your suggestion, but it didn't help. Same scenario. I get the message that "Your files have been successfully deleted", yet the files remain on the camera/device.

Have you tried using another memory card?
