Getting Error when opening Bridge Please help

Getting this error:

The Operation could not be completed.

An unknown operating system error has occured.

I have Catalina but have not updated to the 10.15.6 yet

Check your permssions for the Bridge app

Hi there Jackqueline,

How long have you had Catalina on your computer and have you used Bridge in the past with a previous system?

And just to verify, all you're trying to do (so far) is get Bridge to open, that's it?

I have had Catalina since it came out. I was just trying to open new bridge and got the error message. Now I have uninstalled the latest bridge and installed a newer one and I can open it thankfully I need it for work. Not sure what happened. I have the photographers package which includes bridge.
