Green tint Adobe Bridge 2023 Preview

I'm finding that in Bridge 2023 13.0.1.583 previews of my images have a very noticeable green tint. The thumbnails look normal and when I open the images in ACR they look normal, so this issue is limited to the preview in Bridge. Is there anything I can do to fix it? The issue was not present in Bridge 2022. I've attached screenshots from both programs to illustrate the issue.
