hi BRIDGE is a total nightmare dont know if its a bug or something else how do I get help its not at all obvious how to do this ????

hi bridge has become totally unstable with a whole  series of problems the most common is the screen whiting out and  “adobe bridge not reponding “ warning coming up . This happens often  but other times it doesnt other issues are random slow loading of thumbnails with exactly the same settings/files also  after closing bridge its not actualy closed and still apears in Task Mangager in win 11 and can only be closed manualy that way -also sometimes Brige cant be opened at all and sysem has to be re booted also random  problems  with opening thumbnails into ACR and PS .I ve tried pretty much everything including using the Cleaner twice  no change apart form all that .my PC is working perfectly with out any issues  crashes etc  this is really doing my head in !!!!

I have  win11 32 g ram a good gpu(enabled) and  an I 7 CPU

also please advise as to the quickest way to get help with a problem is this it or are there other ways ?thanks Antoni
