How Can I Disable Bridge's 'Sort By' feature from automatically switching to Manually

Hello!

I love Bridge and use it every day. Is there a way to permanently lock the sort feature in Bridge, making it impossible for it to change itself unless I change it from the dropdown menu?

Specifically, I want to disable Bridge's ability to auto-change the sort to 'Manually'.

Here is an example: If I grab a file to drag and drop to a new folder or an external program like Illustrator but realize I grabbed the wrong file. If I don't let go of that file in the exact right position, Bridge automatically assumes I would like to reorder my folder and changes the sort to 'Manually.' 

I just don't like how it automaticly changes and would prefer it to only change from my direct input.
