How can I recover accidently deleted files in Bridge CC which are not in trash?

I accidently dleted some files in Bridge CC - they did not go into trash and can not go back qith Command + z - where did they go and how can I recover them ??

    What you folks are stating is not possible. Period. End of story.

     

    Either they are somewhere else on your system or something else caused their loss. 

     

    If you have any name/date/ or any other aspects you can search for, please try to search for your missing files that way.

     

    Look, Bridge doesn't DO anything to any file. It's a browser with a lot of extra features. Blaming Bridge is like blaming the Finder or Explorer for deleting files because you looked at them with Finder/Explorer. If you were moving files in Bridge and suddenly they are gone, it sounds to me like your finger slipped and they got moved to some other location on your computer (or attached hard drives). By pursuing the concept that it's Bridge's fault, you are wasting time in locating the files. 

     

    Please, for your own sanity, have the theories follow the facts, do not bend the facts to follow the theories.

     

    With all respect, seriously look for more data.

    Well... I'm no dummy but the files clearly disapeared from the SD card, just like if Bridge deleted with no confirmation prompt. The files disappeared in Bridge and in Explorer (both file location and recycling bin). They were also nowhere to be found in the Adobe Bridge cache location.  I was able to rescue to the lost footage using a date recovery app and scanning the SD card. Could it be related size file that were actually deleted ? They were all over 1gig each.

      What version of Bridge do you have? I know older versions used to delete without going to the recycle bin, but the lastest version should.

      I'm in Bridge 2020, and went to move photos to a collection and must have clicked incorrectly and they deleted.  No longer on my memory card, and not showing in my recycling bin.  Any chance of recovery?  Said they were moved to the recycling bin, but I can verify they are not.  I work in tech, and don't see them anywhere.

      same thing just happend to me. Adobe, reallly LAME. It appears the process in Adobe Bridge is now destructive and cannot be rreversed. Looks like there is no way to rescue the files.
