How do I process files, while including .xmp edits, after ACR subscription has expired?

My Photoshop & Lightroom subscription has expired. I've moved to using a different editing software (Affinity Photo) for the time-being, but want to be able to process my edited RAW files. How do I do this while including previous edits (.xmp files) I have made in ACR? Would this be better to ask to Affinity? Thanks!

I don't believe that any non-Adobe software will read those edits. You need to export your RAW files before the subscription expires so you have TIFF/PSD/JPEG files to work with in another program.
