How do you remove print from photos

I just installed Photoshop with Bridge for a week's free trial.

Before I consider purchasing it, however, I'd like to know if there are any features to remove print (specifically, type) from a photo in my pictures folder. I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to do that.

Please tell me how to do that. Thanks.
