How to associate .jpg files with the default Windows Photo Viewer?

I can't seem to find a way to associate .jpg or .png files with the default Windows Photo Viewer. There is no .exe file for it. There only seems to be a .dll file but it doesn't work to associate .jpg files in Bridge with a .dll file. 

How can I open .jpg files in Bridge with the default Windows Photo Viewer?
