How to Bill Adobe for my time troubleshooting their buggy software

Hello, I am a photo educator whose school district licences adobe creative suite. My students use PS and Bridge. Today I spend half an hour trying to reset Adobe Bridge to display thumnails.

I am sick to death of buggy software and spending so much time trying to fix bugs.

 

I have reset Bridge/Cache repeatedly.

I am ready to reccommend that we disccontinue paying for defective software.

 

 

To what department should I send an invoice for my time.

Surely there is a Workspace option that will show thumbnails- even [Essentials], or [Light table]

I define my own workspaces.

We usually use "metadata" workspace. Tried various,  tried re-installing/updating Bridge. 

It will not show thumbnails from an SD card. Tried multiple cards.

New Imac with OS 12.6.3

So basically we are paying for the use of this software and it does not work.

And I am spending too much time trying to fix Adobe bugs.

I guess that I will pull out an old computer that has CS6 on it!

Possibly you need to set up Full Disk Security Permissions-

FULL DISK ACCESS -MAC

 

'Metadata' workspace works with an SD card as expected for me in a Windows-PC machine.
