How to manually rotate a photo and also make original file rotated?

Hi,

When I rotate about more than 50 photos in workspace manually, I notice the orignal files are not modified...I have to do it again in Windows explorer.

So how can I rotate the photo in Bridge while the origianl photo is also roated at the same time?

    Thanks

    Mike

Correct answer Stephen Marsh

1. Bridge is manipulating the original photo.

2. The (rotation) manipulation is applied as metadata

3. The image requires processing/saving by an application that understands the metadata to permanently apply the rotation (or other) metadata instruction

Hi, Stephen:

You are right, the photo is showing rotated in Photoshop.

The problem is Windows explorer does not handle photo with metadata.

    Thanks for your reply.
