How to prevent Bridge from updating

I have a Cloud subscription. There are a LOT of things that I DO NOT LIKE with the latest Bridge v 13.0.1. I just installed Bridge v 12.0.3 which is a lot more stable and user-friendly and the version I want to use. I now have two versions installed on my PC. How can I prevent Bridge v 12.0.3 from updating to Bridge v 13.0.1? Or does the Cloud detect I have the two versions and not try to update Bridge v 12.0.3? Thx for any info.

Thanks very much for this, it's very helpful! Funny but I already had auto-update for Bridge turned off but it still updated. oh well.... Thx again
