How to rate a video with keyboard short a video while it is being played ? and after being played

Hi, It is possible rate a video before it is being played, but it is not possible to rate this video with the keyboard short white it is being played.
And more surprising, after this video has been played, it is still not possible to rate it with the keyboard shortcut.

The only way I have found is to move to next item and come back, very cumbersome when you have thousands of items. Please can fix this bug.
