How to reuse hot folder scripts in Adobe Bridge 2024?

There is no Startup Scripts Folder to install scripts in Adobe bridge 2024, so I created a folder with that name and installed the scripts, but the Hot Folder function did not appear in Bridge 2024.

Please help me . . .
