I cannot copy files to other folders or externals within Bridge since my update ?

If anyone can help please do so, I will appreciate it....I cannot copy files to other folders or externals within Bridge since my update ? I have the Adobe Bridge CC 2018...Thank you..Ronel

    Hi Ronelb,

    Could you please let us know which operating system are you using?

    Also, please try resetting the preferences of Bridge and let us know if it works:

    Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Work-spaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
