Icons only seen when use "get pictures" from Olympus Mark III

I only see icons for all pictures being uploaded to Bridge from an SD card from Olympus Mark III camera even though once uploaded the pictures are visible normally. Any suggestions to fix this are appreciated.

Are you using Photo Downloader within Bridge? I experience the same with Canon EOS90D (CR3 files) but with no other camera. Fails to perform other tasks too such as use the selected metadata template.

I haven't found a solution and nobody has responded to my own query about this or even stated that they experience the same issue.
