Image in Bridge showing incorrect 'date created' on some files.

Hi,

I am finding many images have the wrong Date created.  Can someone tell what is causing it?

example ....The same picture, PSD files, have 2 different created dates.  One of them is incorrect which says Date created: 1/10/20.  The other one says Date created 10/20/18 which is correct. They both have the same modified date which is 5/20/22.   Attached are 2 examples.  Taken with my phone off of the computer screen so not the best quality. 

I am using Windows desktop with the latest update.
