Image processor not working

Question

Working with Bridge 11.0.2.123Extra -> Photoshop ->Image processor.Message: Install the latest version of photoshop to continue.But I dont want the latest version, it keeps freezing during editing, so i downgraded to 2020 version. How can I start image processor withou installing the latest version PS ?

Hi there,You need to install the latest version of Photoshop as the message states. If Photoshop freezes during editing, you can try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance Then, relaunch Photoshop and let us know if that helps.Regards,Sahil
