I just discovered something very useful for myself; I can now share all my keywords with others by copying my file with keywords to other systems.

The location of that file is the same as where your central cache-file is saved (preferences\advanced\central cache).

C:\Documents and Settings\#profile name#\Application Data\Adobe\Bridge\Adobe Bridge Keywords.abdata

When I replace this file on other PC's with mine ---> voila.
All my keywords are exactly the same as on my own PC.

Now I will look for a way to share one central-file...

Dear Herrmueller,

Please can you tell me how this works?

Or is there an other possibility (less difficult) to share the 'chache'-file in which Bridge saves the keywords?

And what I need is that my collegues also can create new keywords...

Is that possible?

I think that you can share metadata templates. Then use a script to apply the metadata template.
