Import preferences from Bridge 2017 to 2019

I just updated my CCbridge from the Cloud App. It did not bring over my previous preferences, layout, keywords etc. I still have 2017 on my computer AND now 2019. Can I find the prefs from 2017 and import them into my new 2019? Somehow I must have either missed the option when I downloaded and installed 2019 or I can't use my old ones.
