Importing files from 5D Mark IV

Hi everyone, I have just upgraded my computer to a Asus ProArt Studiobook laptop and naturally uploaded all the Adobe programs.

I have always downloaded my raw files from my Canon 5d mark iv using Bridge converting to dng files. For some reason none of the Adobe programs will now recognise the raw files on the camera. I have made sure all the Adobe programs are fully updated and the firmware on the camera is updated. It all worked perfectly on the old computer but not the new laptop.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, cheers?

    • Have you tried directly browsing the files in Bridge
    • Is Photo Downloader recognise the Camera
