Try resetting your preferences in Bridge.

If that does not work go to the control panel/administrative tools/event viewer/windows logs/application/ and find the Bridge crash report.

Highlite it and on the right select "copy as text" post the information here.

Hi Rod,

I'm not sure I understand your "import photos from Bridge to Photoshop. Do mean Open image that are in Bridge in Photoshop?

If so, need some more information:

1) What is your OS and what version

2) What version of Bridge and Photoshop are you using and what release

3) What kind of images are these (jpg, raw, dng, etc.)

Thanks!

Hi Gary,

In answer to your first quesion yes, that is what I meant.

Also:

1) Windows 10 Pro. Version 1909

2) Excuse my ignorance. Not sure about the version. I have Photoshop (20GB) monthly plan $14.29 per month. I signed up last July

3) Raw

This is a new problem. I have not experienced this before.

Thanks

Rodney

OK, thanks for the quick answers.

I'm a Mac guy so I can provide some generic solutions to these kind of problems. First, if you haven't already, rebuilt your prefs in Bridge and see if that works.

https://blogs.adobe.com/jkost/2009/10/resetting_bridges_preferences.html

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling (from the ACC app) Camera Raw and reinstalling it. See if that works.

If taht doesn't work you may have to uninstall Bridge, Photoshop, and Camera Raw.

That's why you need to do this one at a time. See if that works. let me know
