Is Adobe having a Big D Swinging Contest with Microsoft and NVIDIA?

Why is Bridge so terrible ? Nothing seems to work like it used to ? Is is because of issues with Microsoft and NVIDIA ? 

Bridge was recently removed from NVIDIA GeForce Experience.  POOF, just disappeared.  What is going on?
