Is Bridge hanging up for anyone else when trying to batch rename and move files?

I have rebooted multiple times, uninstalled, reinstalled, installed the beta version, and Bridge is still hanging up at 0% when trying to batch rename and move files.

I am moving my files from my Downloads to an external hard drive attached to my desktop.

What are your system details please? Where are your Downloads located and what happens if you do not move your files to your external drive? If you are using a Mac system, have you given the relevant permission to access your external drive? See thorough explanation by gary_sc here:
