Is it possible to undo updates to XMP's

Have been working in a collection on bridge.

I now see that all of the description & titles in all of the files has now been overwritten sometime about 3 hours ago

Is there a way to undo this ?

Sometimes metadata is stored in multiple locations, one may update while another may not… But I doubt that you will be the case.

Legend

No, you would either need to manually fix them or roll back to a backup copy.
