Is there a way to uninstall Bridge 2021 and reinstall Bridge 2018? I can't copy my jpegs to a USB

Normally I can do batch transfers in a reasonable amount of time, but not in Bridge 2021.  This is bad.  Yesterday I tried to "copy to" about 100 jpegs to a USB.  Normally,  it doesn't pretty quickly.  Yesterday, however, after 3 hours, it was still not even close to being complete.  Now I am trying smaller batches and it's not much better.  I tried to copy 20 jpegs 20 minutes ago and the job is still not complete.

 

 It also doesn't recognize some of my hard drives.

    You on Catalina OS?

    If so check your permissions for Bridge.

    Yes, Catalina OS.  How do I check my permissions?  Is there a specific line item I should look for?

    Catalina has some very unusual permission settings.

    I usually leave the settings to our resident Mac guru Gary_c who lurks here.

    If you did a quick forum search for Bridge app permision issues with catalina I am sure you will get some current hits.

     

    But thats your problem, not Bridge.
