JavaScript error in AOM Bridge Extension

Thanks for your hint.  I think I have resolved the problem.

I began by removing all the AOM folders and files in c:\program files\Adobe\Bridge CC 2017 Extensions and c:\users\Thomas\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC 2017, including AdobeOutputModule.jsx.

Next, I went back to my downloaded copy of AOM_Win64.zip and double clicked (as per the instructions).  But this time, instead of simply opening "AOM_Package_Win64. . . folder" as directed in the instructions, I extracted the contents to another folder (AOM_Win64).  I should have realized from the beginning, since I've been bitten before, that in Windows it is often not sufficient to work from the what Windows File Explorer shows you as the contents of the .zip file.  You must actually extract the .zip file and go from there.

I opened the newly created AOM_Win64 folder and inside that the AOM_Package_Win64 folder, finding the Adobe Output Module and the AdobeOutputModule.workspace file.  I then copied these as stated in the instructions.

Bridge now comes up cleanly with the Output module looking as it should.

For what it's worth, I would just point out one counter-intuitive observation.  When I open Edit>Preferences... and select Strtup Scripts, it shows in the list Adobe Output Module with a check in the box (as I would expect), but when I click on Reveal My Startup Scripts, it opens File Explorer to  c:\program files\Adobe\Bridge CC 2017 Extensions and c:\users\Thomas\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC 2017\Startup Scripts, which does NOT contain AdobeOutputModule.jsx.
