Keywords in Bridge

The Bridge user's manual gives instructions about how to manage keywords. However, I can't find anything about actually creating keywords that can be applied to images. What am I missing? Can anyone help?

Thank you

Cary,

Click on the Keywords panel menu (upper right button with the horizontal stripes) or right-click anywhere in the panel

Choose New Keyword and give it a name

Now select one or more images and tick the small square in front of the keyword.
