Keywords no longer working in metadata

I enter the title and keywords into basic metadata in Adobe Bridge, but after I got a new mac computer, the keywords no longer appear when I upload images to Adobe Stock and others. Does anyone else experience the same? Any workarounds?

Don't use File Info. What happens when you use the Keywords panel?

Verify that the keyword metadata is in the master/source file before saving or exporting a new derivative file to upload to stock or elsewhere. Verify that the keyword metadata is in the derivative file before uploading to an external service. Some forms of exporting will strip out metadata. Some image upload or online storage will remove metadata.

Thanks Stephen - but metadata disappears on all platforms. I haven't had that problem before.
