Kontext Menue "open with" does not show Photoshop 2020

Question

Versions:- Bridge 10.0.1.126- Photoshop 21.0.2After the standard update of Photoshop 20.0.8 to 21.x.x with Creative Cloud Desktop, I had 2 versions of Photoshop installed, 20.x and 21.x. and the "open with" in Bridge shows the old 20.x. one. Because I don't need 2 versons of Photoshop, I deinstalled the 20.x and after this, the "open with" in Bridge doesn't offer any Photoshop. I already have de- and reinstalled Bridge, but no success. How can I configure Bridge to get the Photoshop entry in the Kontext menue?

I'm running W10 Pro 1910 German and open in Windows Explorer a file with Photoshop through Open With works perfectly.Reinstall or repair the PS install

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Bridge while trying to open the images in Photoshop 2020.

Please go to the Preferences of Bridge, then Start up scripts and ensure that the option for Photoshop 2020 is checked. Once done, please quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

Also, go to the File type association in the Bridge preferences and check the file association for the file types you are facing issues with. You can reset to the default association using the given option to check if that helps.

Lastly, try resetting the preferences of Bridge using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/using/adobe-bridge-workspace.html#restore_preferences
